Job summary

Fall Creek seeks a Director, Digital Solutions to drive AI, automation, and emerging technology strategy in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will lead a global digital solutions team, partner with business units, and translate needs into practical digital initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, digital product management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in digital solutions, technology delivery, automation, AI enablement, product management, innovation, or related tech functions.
• Experience leading digital initiatives from concept through implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Experience applying AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve processes, decision-making, or employee experiences.
• Strong understanding of digital product practices, user-centered design, automation approaches, AI governance, change adoption, and technology delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Fall Creek's digital solutions strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and implement opportunities involving AI, automation, digital workplace solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Lead pilots, experimentation, and proof-of-concept initiatives from evaluation through implementation.
• Help establish responsible AI and automation practices across the organization.
• Develop digital solutions that simplify processes, reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making.
• Manage and prioritize the digital innovation portfolio based on business value and measurable results.
• Drive adoption of new digital capabilities through stakeholder partnership, communication, training, and change support.
• Partner with business teams to translate needs and opportunities into practical digital solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing global digital solutions team.
• Measure and communicate the business impact of digital initiatives.
