Qualifications

• 6+ years of field experience in Value Management, Solution Consulting, or Customer Success at a large enterprise software/company; value/outcome engineering preferred.
• Experience leading and developing people within a global team; scaling strategy and credibility with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive, global team culture and cultivate growth.
• Collaborate with field leaders to shape digital value experiences across GTM.
• Own the digital value outcomes roadmap and budget for tooling strategy.
