Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Global Director of Digital Value Management to lead an AI-enabled, digital-first program that scales value realization across customer journeys.

You will own the value tooling strategy, data-driven benchmarks, and cross-functional partnerships with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business Technology. You will guide a global team, drive self-service adoption, and translate strategic revenue priorities into live tooling

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Value Management, Solution Consulting, or Customer Success at large enterprise software.
• Experience leading people leaders, ideally in a global team.
• Experience partnering with IT/business technology to deliver tooling.

Responsibilities

• Foster an inclusive, global team culture with servant leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional executives to deliver digital value solutions.
• Own and evolve the digital value outcomes roadmap and self-service tooling.
• Make budget decisions for tooling strategy and AI-enabled value assets.
• Partner with Business Technology to scale tooling in a corporate setting.
• Use data to define, benchmark, and communicate value and outcomes.
• Speak GTM fluently across motion types and deal stages.
• Work with field leaders to align digital value with the broader GTM model.
