Job summary
TestEquity is seeking a Director of AI and Advanced Analytics to drive enterprise analytics strategy across a global organization. You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning commercial insights, operations insights, and applied AI, delivering AI-enhanced data solutions and scalable BI capabilities using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in BI/data analytics or data engineering with leadership
- Expertise in Power BI development including DAX and Power Query
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric for lakehouse architecture and data pipelines
- Advanced SQL for complex querying and data transformation
- Experience managing teams and projects using Jira and Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional analytics and AI teams across commercial, operations, and applied AI
- Define and execute the BI and data strategy roadmap
- Oversee interactive dashboards, self-service reporting, forecasting, and AI-enhanced analytics
- Integrate AI and automation into reporting workflows for faster insights
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
