Job summary

Amgen seeks a Director, BI Reporting, Sensing & Executive Analytics to lead the US-based technical strategy for data reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support. You will guide data platforms, modern analytics, and enterprise AI initiatives across global teams to enable proactive leadership insights.

You will translate senior priorities into scalable roadmaps, drive adoption, and champion strong engineering and UX practices while aligning with business and product needs.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors with extensive related experience.
• 4+ years managing people and/or leadership of teams or programs.
• Strong track record in data, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision and roadmap for BI reporting and analytics.
• Oversee analytics and engineering teams across architecture and delivery.
• Advance AI-enabled analytics including NLP, generative AI, and AI agents.
• Translate leadership priorities into investments and roadmaps.
• Partner with business leaders and global delivery teams for adoption.
