Job summary

Trusted Media Brands seeks a Director of Data Science & AI to lead a cross-functional team turning data into strategic decisions. You will shape the technical direction, stay hands-on with modeling, and drive adoption of AI across business units.

Strong GCP fluency and experience deploying production AI solutions are essential, as is guiding teams through complex data challenges. You’ll champion scalable data platforms, mentor a small team, and collaborate with BI, Engineering, and Product to

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data science with leadership experience.
• Strong foundation in core data science concepts.
• Fluency in Google Cloud Platform: BigQuery, Vertex AI, production models.

Responsibilities

• Own the data science roadmap from statistical modeling to applied AI with business value.
• Lead, mentor, and stay hands-on with a small data science team.
• Oversee robust production-grade solutions using core cloud systems and data tooling.
• Champion AI development tools adoption across technical teams.
• Scale MLOps/LLMOps practices with data observability, governance, and ethical AI.
• Collaborate with BI, Data Eng, Analytics Eng, Development, and Product teams to drive innovation.
• Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses and guide business decisions.
• Translate statistical work into business language for executives and justify data investments.
• Define success metrics for internal tools and track adoption and impact.
• Document tools, workflows, and best practices to scale impact.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging platforms for opportunities.
