Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience across infrastructure, operations, cloud, and end-user computing.
• 8+ years in senior leadership roles within large organizations.
• Deep knowledge of digital workplace, endpoint management, and IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define global digital workplace strategy aligned with Infrastructure priorities.
• Lead end-user computing, collaboration platforms, and service desk integration.
• Oversee global delivery, KPIs, and ITIL-aligned governance.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technology roadmaps.
• Drive AI, automation, and telemetry to improve employee experience.
