Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks a Head of Global Digital Workplace & Employee Experience to define and execute the worldwide strategy for workplace technology and end-user productivity. You will lead modernization across end-user computing, collaboration platforms, and service delivery, partnering with technology and business leaders to enable secure, intuitive digital workflows.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
8+ years in senior leadership across infrastructure, operations, cloud, or digital workplace.
Deep knowledge of end-user computing, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms.
Strong understanding of digital employee experience practices incl. telemetry and adoption metrics.
Experience with store systems, connectivity, and distributed support models.
Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, Nexthink, ControlUp, LogicMonitor.
Practical experience applying AI and automation to improve productivity and service delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global digital workplace strategy and roadmap.
Lead end-user computing, endpoint management, mobile devices, and collaboration platforms.
Drive modernization to improve reliability, usability, productivity, and employee experience.
Establish global standards, testing, readiness plans, and support models for high-visibility events.
Define and advance the digital employee experience using telemetry, adoption metrics, and NPS.
