Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles across infrastructure, operations, cloud, end-user computing, digital workplace, employee experience, or service delivery.
• Experience leading large-scale digital workplace modernization within complex global organizations.
• Deep knowledge of end-user computing, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, enterprise services, and ITIL-based operations.
• Strong understanding of digital employee experience practices, including telemetry, sentiment, journey analytics, adoption measurement, and proactive support.
• Experience with workplace technology in distributed/retail environments, including store systems and support models.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, outsourcing relationships, SLAs, governance, and cost optimization.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the global digital workplace and employee experience strategy and roadmap aligned with Infrastructure and Technology priorities.
• Lead workplace technology capabilities including end-user computing, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and service desk integration.
• Drive modernization and continuous improvement across platforms to improve reliability, usability, and employee productivity.
• Establish global standards, testing, readiness plans, and support models for high-visibility events.
• Oversee global service delivery, incident response, changes, KPIs, dashboards, and ITIL-aligned governance.
• Lead and develop global teams and manage strategic vendors and MSPs.
• Partner with Security, Enterprise Architecture, and business functions to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
