Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, end-user support, or related roles.
Proven track record leading large cross-functional enterprise technology initiatives.
Strong knowledge of end-user technology domains, including endpoint management and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of large initiatives across end-user technology and enterprise enablement.
Own delivery from planning through stabilization, ensuring adoption and operability.
Coordinate across engineering, operations, support, vendors, and stakeholders.
Identify fragmented workflows and translate them into repeatable execution models.
Consolidate platforms, reduce redundancy, and promote unified enterprise approaches.
Ensure practical delivery patterns and clear ownership across regions and units.
