Job summary

Adobe Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager for Digital Employee Experiences to partner with senior leaders and steer strategic operations across a distributed team.

You will help define the strategy, align programs with business goals, and drive cross-functional processes that enhance service delivery. You will implement agile methodologies, establish standard practices, and lead optimization efforts to improve efficiency and customer outcomes, contributing to Adobe's hybrid-cloud services

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic operational roles partnering with senior leaders.
• BA or BS degree in a related field; MBA or Management Consulting is a plus.
• Strong ability to program manage complex operations and lead change initiatives.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior partners.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal skills; detail-oriented.
• Experience in Program and Project Management, Agile Framework and SCRUM Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Help drive the strategy developed by the leadership team, including OKRs and key metrics.
• Support day-to-day operations, prioritization, notes and presentations for meetings.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings, All-Hands, and multi-year strategic planning.
• Evolve operations for the global organization, standardizing methodologies and processes.
• Oversee the Agile Framework and scrum processes for continuous improvement and delivery.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on multi-functional initiatives and rollouts.
