Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an IT project manager to oversee global end-user projects and platform changes within the Digital Workplace PMO. The role focuses on strategy, planning, and deployment of a firmwide AI program, including Copilot enhancements and AI agent releases.

You will manage multiple teams in a hybrid environment using Azure DevOps and traditional project management practices, ensuring schedules, risks, and stakeholder updates are maintained for a worldwide user base.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Experience implementing end-user AI tools in complex enterprise environments.
• Certification: PRINCE2, PMP/PMI, Scrum Master or equivalent.
• Experience working directly with Microsoft as a vendor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead medium- and large-scale global end-user project implementations and platform changes.
• Assist AI program strategy, planning, and deployment.
• Manage Copilot enhancements, AI agent releases, and Claude Enterprise rollouts.
• Lead multiple project teams in a hybrid environment using ADO and Waterfall methodologies.
• Create, maintain deployment schedules and implementation plans.
• Identify risks and resolve roadblocks to meet objectives.
• Prepare status reports for senior management and support oversight.
• Coordinate communications and training for a global user base.
