Job summary

Stefanini Group’s Digital Workplace PMO seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee medium to large scale end-user facing implementations and platform changes. Hybrid work environment in New York, with collaboration across global teams and vendors.

You will drive strategy, planning and deployment of the Workplace AI program, managing defined projects including Microsoft Copilot improvements, new agent releases and Claude Enterprise rollouts. Strong PM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT PM experience, ideally in a financial services environment.
• Experience implementing End-User AI tools in a complex environment.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams in a hybrid environment.
• Assist the Workplace AI Program Manager with strategy, planning and deployment of the program, including Copilot improvements and new agent releases.
• Provide regular status reports for senior management and assist program oversight.
• Manage program risks and issues to drive project outcomes.
• Coordinate with User Education for communications and training across a global user base.

Job description

• Member of the Digital Workplace PMO team – responsible for medium & large scale global end-user facing project implementations & platform changes
• Assist the Workplace AI Program Manager with the strategy, planning & deployment of a firmwide program, with independent management of defined projects including Microsoft Copilot improvements, new agent releases & Claude Enterprise or equivalent rollouts
• Leading multiple project teams in a Hybrid environment using tools such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for work management, as well as traditional Waterfall project processes/ tools
• Management of both project and program level risks & issues – overcome roadblocks to drive project outcomes
• Regular status reporting for senior management and assisting the program manager for program level oversight/ reporting.
• Work with User Education team on project communications, training & operational support needs for a global user base

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years IT project management experience, ideally in a financial services environment
• Previous experience with the implementation of End-User AI tools in a complex environment essential – preferably in financial services
• Excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable preparing information for higher levels of management
• Ability to cope under pressure
• At least one of PRINCE 2, PMP/PMI and/or Scrum Master qualifications or equivalent
• Previous experience engaging with Microsoft as a vendor a plus
