Job summary

Brink's is seeking a Project Manager to drive Digital Retail Solutions initiatives across the organization. This role coordinates with Global DRS leadership and stakeholders to plan launches, enable markets, and improve delivery and outcomes.

Responsibilities include governance, risk management, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Technology, and Operations to ensure on-time, within-budget deployments globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading projects and programs of increasing complexity in technology, product, digital, or business transformation environments.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Technology, Operations, external partners, and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop project charters, scope statements, success criteria, and measurable business outcomes.
• Create and maintain WBS, estimates, schedules, resource plans, and forecasts.
• Identify, assess, and manage dependencies, risks, and critical-path activities.
