Job summary

Modus Digital, headquartered in New York City with offices globally, seeks a Project Manager to join our expanding PMO. You will coordinate diverse teams across planning, research, design, engineering, and production, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver exceptional digital experiences.

You’ll bring 3+ years of digital project management, strong communication, and a knack for prioritizing work across multiple accounts, with a focus on client satisfaction and creative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of digital marketing/strategy/design/UX project management experience.
• Strong coordination of cross-functional teams through all project phases.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with AI tools to support research, writing, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams across planning, research, creative, engineering, production and delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor budgets, scope and timeliness for projects/accounts.
• Identify, prioritize and track tasks to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project performance and adapt plans to changing requirements.
• Build strong client relationships and influence decision-making across departments.
