Job summary

Invesco seeks a senior technology leader to define and execute the multi-year strategy for its global digital client experience ecosystem. You will guide advisor, institutional and client-facing journeys across portals and channels, establishing roadmaps to simplify engagement and boost self-service adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of technology leadership with customer-facing digital platforms in financial services or a regulated industry.
• Proven ability to define multi-year roadmaps with senior executives.
• Deep technical depth in modern digital architectures, cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and data-driven personalization.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products and personalization at scale is preferred.
• Ability to lead in large, matrixed organizations with governance and regulatory requirements.

• Lead evolution of advisor, institutional and client-facing digital journeys across portals, web and channels.
• Establish roadmaps to simplify client engagement and increase self-service adoption.
• Create measurable OKRs and outcomes for digital experience, efficiency, and speed to market.
• Drive modernization of legacy capabilities while balancing near-term priorities with platform health.
• Serve as senior technology partner to distribution, marketing, product, client service and regional leadership.
• Translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, investment priorities, and delivery plans.
• Lead end-to-end digital journey improvements across discovery, onboarding, servicing, reporting, and engagement.
