Job summary

Invesco is seeking a highly strategic technology leader to define and deliver the global digital platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap for external-facing capabilities across advisors, institutions, and clients. Responsibilities

• Global technology strategy and roadmap for external-facing digital platforms, including advisor portals, institutional client portals, digital servicing capabilities and Invesco's global public website ecosystem.
• AI-enabled transformation of digital client experiences, including personalization, intelligent self-service, content recommendations, conversational experiences, workflow automation and scalable reusable platform capabilities.
• Platform modernization across web, portal, API, data, content delivery, search, analytics, security, observability and customer-engagement technologies.
• Executive technology partnership with Distribution, Marketing, Product, Client Service, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk and regional leadership teams.
• Build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions for strategic digital capabilities, including fintech, martech and AI-enabled platform partnerships.
• Delivery leadership across Agile teams and cross-functional programs that are critical to improving the client, advisor and institutional digital experience.
