Job summary

Invesco is seeking a highly strategic and technically accomplished leader to drive the future of our global digital client experience ecosystem.

The Associate Director, Global Digital Platform Technology Lead will define and deliver the technology strategy, architecture and roadmap for Invesco's external-facing digital capabilities across financial advisors, institutional clients, intermediary partners and global client experiences.

Qualifications

10+ years of technology leadership in financial services or related industries.
Proven experience leading external-facing digital platforms (portals, websites, servicing platforms).
Ability to translate business strategy into practical technology roadmaps and investment plans.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year technology strategy for external digital platforms.
Lead AI-enabled transformations and personalization of client experiences.
Drive platform modernization across web, portal, API, data and security.
Partner with Distribution, Marketing, Product, Client Service and regional leaders.
Make build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions for digital capabilities.
Deliver value through Agile delivery and program leadership.
