Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead IT-enabled business solutions. You will partner with Global Services and Systems Integration teams to transform requirements into deliverable projects, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will translate evolving business needs into clear functional requirements, drive adoption of standardized solutions, and maintain the product backlog while aligning with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years IT experience.
• 5+ years of Product Owner experience with technical background of systems & platforms.
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface between IT and business stakeholders in Global Services and the SI teams to identify IT solutions and deliver outcomes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and project plans, proactively manage risks/issues, and ensure compliance with PM processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive adoption, standardization, and value realization of IT solutions.
• Collaborate with CX and other IT product owners to align features with business objectives and budgets.
• Maintain the product backlog and prioritize features with business partners to maximize value.
