Job summary

24 Seven Talent recruits a Digital Commerce Operations Specialist to optimize ecommerce experiences across the U.S. and Canada. The role supports the North American business by coordinating activations on .com and app experiences, while partnering with global and offshore teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ecommerce operations, SFCC experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce site operations, site merchandising, or related fields.
• SFCC experience is required.
• Experience with Jira and strong project coordination/management skills.
• Experience with Contentstack, Algolia, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented work style and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to work with offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activations across ecommerce websites and mobile app experiences, including launches and campaigns.
• Manage activation requests through Jira, monitor timelines, prioritize work, and coordinate with offshore members.
• Serve as main contact for the North American region (US & Canada) to ensure timely execution.
• Partner with offshore teams to delegate work, troubleshoot, and meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Collaborate with UX, CX, Product, Tech, Merch, and regional teams.
• Develop standardized processes, documentation, and QA standards.
• Provide training and support to offshore teams.
• Monitor activation performance and communicate risks, insights, and progress to stakeholders.
• Help optimize tools and processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Support high-volume seasonal periods with flexible hours as needed.
