Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead digital and data-focused initiatives within a growing retail and e-commerce environment. You will drive projects from concept through delivery, aligning product, data engineering, and business teams to translate complex requests into clear plans.

Responsibilities include writing user stories, managing backlogs, and steering Agile ceremonies while removing roadblocks and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting technology platforms, digital products, or data-focused initiatives.
• Hands-on experience writing tickets, user stories, technical requirements, and project documentation.
• Strong experience working in Scrum and Agile environments, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Experience collaborating with data engineering, analytics, product, and business teams.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and comfort participating in technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Write clear user stories, requirements, and tickets that translate business needs into actionable work.
• Partner with Product Managers, data engineers, technical teams, and stakeholders to define scope and priorities.
• Manage backlogs, facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Drive sprint cycles while maintaining visibility into dependencies, risks, and team capacity.
• Evaluate trade-offs, recommend solutions, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support quality assurance by identifying issues early and helping teams deliver polished, reliable solutions.
• Help develop and improve project management processes, systems, and team workflows.
