Centric Brands is seeking an entry to early-career Ecommerce Operations professional to help manage multi-brand site updates, product uploads, QA across channels, and SEO tasks. You will collaborate with creative, marketing, CRM, and merchandising teams to ensure timely campaigns and accurate product data.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning analytics tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data and learning tools like Google Analytics or Shopify Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily site updates across brand websites and homepage/banner changes.
• Support product upload process by entering product attributes, descriptions, and images into Shopify.
• QA site updates, launches, promotions across desktop, mobile, and app for accuracy.
• Maintain SEO/AEO content for products and collection pages.
• Coordinate with creative, marketing, CRM, and merchandising for assets and campaigns.
• Monitor site performance and flag errors or broken links.
