Job summary

ICP is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to lead and optimize its client-facing DAM operations across global teams. You will oversee asset ingestion, metadata, governance, and reporting, ensuring high-quality deliverables within SLA.

You will partner with the Shanghai, Atlanta, London teams and brand partners, driving process improvements, metadata schemas, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong leadership and communication are essential to align stakeholders and standards company-wide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in marketing/creative tech or related field, with 4+ years in client-facing roles.
• Experience overseeing DAM governance, metadata, and asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day DAM operations and asset ingestion.
• Define metadata schemas reflecting business needs.
• Audit rights, usage, and compliance across assets.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices.
• Engage with brand teams and agencies to meet campaign timelines.
• Report performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
