Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in marketing, commerce and/or creative technologies or related field, incl. 4+ years in client-facing agency/consulting roles.”
• 5+ years of Digital Asset Management experience
• Acute attention to detail and familiarity with DAM systems
• Broad technical and operational knowledge across industry segments
• Strong communication, influential style, and ability to lead discussions with clients and leadership
• Understanding of project management principles and adaptability to evolving needs

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day team operations including training, inbox management, content ingestion, and documentation.
• Oversee timely delivery of assets into the DAM system.
• Audit, monitor, and report on asset rights/usage/restrictions and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline workflows.
• Design, implement and maintain metadata schemas reflecting business needs.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
