Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated, a global leader in flavor, seeks a Global Digital Asset Specialist to curate, manage, and maintain digital content. Hybrid role based at Global HQ Office in Hunt Valley, MD, reporting to the Global Content & Technology Sr Manager.

You will build workflows, enable marketing and content teams, manage asset permissions and licensing, generate ROI reports, and train users on the DAM system, supporting a worldwide brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing/Communications, Library Science, Photography/Graphic Design, Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing and content operations or product management.
• Familiarity with marketing technology and ability to quickly learn new platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Widen and Workfront experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and disseminate enterprise-wide communication and updates.
• Create global content calendaring system and support brand enablers for global digital strategy.
• Develop workflows to enable marketing and content teams to share and manage digital content.
• Manage asset permissions and licensing for images within our collection.
• Generate and communicate content ROI and system usage reports.
• Lead training sessions for internal and external users to the DAM system and publish user guides.
