Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks an Executive Director of Global Technology Solutions to lead technology strategy for Enabling Functions, including HR, Corporate Communications, Legal & Compliance, and Business Development. You will drive automation, data governance, and AI-driven insights across enterprise services.

The role reports to the CTO and requires guiding a global team, staying ahead of AI and enterprise platform trends, and managing external partnerships to extend capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of related experience or Master’s with 10+ years in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience in technology leadership roles supporting enterprise functions such as HR, Legal, Communications, and Business Development.
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms (HRIS, collaboration, doc mgmt, compliance tools).
• Proficiency in software development, data management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology strategy for Enabling Functions, aligning initiatives with HR, Corporate Communications, Legal & Compliance, and Business Development.
• Drive innovation by implementing advanced technology solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of enterprise services.
• Oversee development and implementation of systems supporting HR, communications, legal/compliance, and business development.
• Enable data-driven decision-making through data integration, governance, analytics, and AI-driven insights.
