Job summary

Amazon's Delivery Feedback and Insights (DFI) team seeks a strong Program Manager to own the global DFI framework and DSP enablement strategy, coordinating across DSP Ops, DSP Tech, Global DFI Product, and regional teams to drive alignment and continuous improvement.

You will balance priorities, govern program design, and ensure DSPs interact with the program effectively to reduce defects and improve delivery experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project management with measurable outcomes.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the DFI programmatic framework.
• Define and execute the DSP enablement strategy for the DFI global product.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement launches, from needs assessment through delivery, measurement, and iteration.
• Serve as the single point of intake for all programmatic update requests, evaluating and prioritizing changes against program strategy.
• Build and present narratives for Director and VP-level reviews to drive alignment.
