Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Program Manager III for DSP Capacity Planning to own worldwide metric fidelity and resolution of capacity disputes with DSPs. You will coordinate across engineering, operations, finance, and field teams to ensure trusted data and scalable processes across regions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and driving improvements to reduce disputes and improve planning accuracy at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship.

Responsibilities

• Own worldwide metric fidelity for DSP Capacity Planning. Maintain and continuously improve the metric framework that underpins capacity planning decisions globally.
• Own the capacity dispute resolution process. Manage dispute intake, conduct root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution.
• Assess current state and define the path to green. Evaluate metric health across regions, identify gaps, and build a strategy to sustain metric fidelity globally.
• Drive cross-functional program execution without direct authority across field operations, engineering, finance, and planning teams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks. Oversee gaps between teams, processes, and systems and escalate when needed.
• Define and monitor program KPIs. Establish metrics for accuracy, dispute resolution speed, and regional alignment.
• Drive automation and process improvement. Propose automation and tooling to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
