Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Global Development Lead in Internal Medicine to oversee clinical development for assigned assets globally. You will manage cross-functional teams across clinical, pharmacology, statistics, safety, and operations to design, execute, and interpret pivotal studies for worldwide regulatory submissions.

You will create and endorse the Clinical Development Plan, coordinate with trial clinicians, and contribute to regulatory activities, including labeling and safety reporting.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with endocrinology or internal medicine focus and cardiometabolic late-stage development experience.
• 8+ years of relevant pharma/academia experience in clinical research and development.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP, regulatory standards, and clinical data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global clinical development plan and cross-functional team for assigned assets.
• Provide input for regulatory submissions, trial design, and strategic product development activities.
• Partner with external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Drive adoption of innovative approaches and patient engagement in development programs.
