Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Global Development Lead to represent Clinical on the Global Medicine Team and lead cross-functional clinical development activities for assigned assets in Internal Medicine. You will create and gain endorsement for the Clinical Development Plan and drive worldwide regulatory submissions.

The role involves leading trial design, execution, and reporting, with potential external partnerships and internal subject matter expertise in the therapeutic area.

Qualifications

• BS with 12 yrs or PhD with 7 yrs, relevant clinical/industry experience.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical development, global/regional regulation, ICH/GCP, adverse event management.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management in clinical development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cross-functional Clinical Development Team across phases and assets.
• Create and endorse the Clinical Development Plan and protocol design documents.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and contribute to submission deliverables (SCE, SCS).
• Provide input for target product profiles and regulatory activities including labels and Investigator Brochures.
• Drive innovative thinking and bold decision making in clinical development programs.
