Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Global Development Lead (GDL) to represent Clinical on the Global Medicine Team and lead clinical development for assigned assets in Internal Medicine, Research & Development. The GDL oversees a cross-functional team including clinical, pharmacology, statistics, safety, and operations to design, execute and interpret studies for worldwide regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• BS with 12 yrs or PhD with 7 yrs, relevant clinical/industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Clinical Development Team across clinical, clinical pharmacology, statistics, safety, commercial, patient access and operations to design, execute and interpret studies for worldwide regulatory submissions.
• Create and gain endorsement for the Clinical Development Plan and associated protocol design documents.
• Provide input for target product profiles, regulatory activities and submission deliverables (SCE, SCS, IAP, IARP).
• Engage external stakeholders and partner with external companies as needed to support Pfizer’s Partner of Choice model.
