Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Design Operations Analyst to support global workflow deployment, standardization, and operational excellence across a large enterprise.

You will work cross-functionally with business, regulatory, quality, technical, and operations teams to rollout systems, drive process improvements, and coordinate stakeholders worldwide. This is a backfill role focused on workflow solutions and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process analysis, operations, or IT-related roles is required.
• Experience supporting UAT, workflow implementation, or system rollouts is required.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and global teams with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with process improvement, documentation, and workflow optimization is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and rollout of global and regional workflow solutions impacting Design Operations.
• Participate in or lead PIT, UAT, and DITL activities.
• Develop and standardize labeling and relabeling processes across business units.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on process changes and impacts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, service quality enhancements, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with global teams to maintain alignment of workflows, standards, and system functionality.
• Support project coordination activities and special requests within Design Operations.
