Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Process Analyst to document, maintain, and improve business processes across multiple locations including Charlotte, NC and adjacent markets. Location: Charlotte, NC - Richmond, VA - Atlanta, GA

Role Overview

We are seeking a Process Analyst for an opportunity with a leading client in the financial services industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for documenting, maintaining, and improving business processes. This role involves facilitating process reviews, coordinating issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and maintain business processes.


• Facilitate process reviews, workshops, or working sessions with stakeholders.


• Coordinate issue resolution and process escalations.


• Identify opportunities for automation or simplification.


• Ensure processes comply with policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.


• Design and recommend future-state processes.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
