Via is seeking a Deployment Operations Associate Principal to launch new markets globally and oversee day-to-day partner deployments. The role involves substantial travel (up to 50%) and collaboration across operations, product, and business development to build scalable on-demand transit solutions.

You will work with engineering to ensure feedback informs product development and use internal knowledge to maximize partner success. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience are required.

Responsabilidades

• Launch new Via deployments and manage timing and quality.
• Plan strategically to set up operations in new markets and ensure success of deployments.
• Serve as the main point of contact for partners to develop a fully operational on-demand transit system.
• Coordinate with engineering to capture feedback and drive product improvements.
• Utilize Via’s data insights to guide business decisions and optimize partner services.
