Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks an experienced Operations leader to manage Deployment Operations for our international programs. You will lead a team, coordinate cross-functional efforts with Growth and Technical Operations, and own the deployment lifecycle from planning to completion.

You will communicate across internal and external stakeholders, ensure resources and assets are in place, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining stringent security and mission readiness

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Mission Readiness Team manages the coordination and execution of fielding Anduril's hardware and software products worldwide. Working across Product, Engineering, Growth, Business Development, Technical Operations, and Mission Operations, Deployments oversees forward logistics, site installation, maintenance & repairs, field inventory management, sustainment and reverse logistics. The team is central to ensuring effective customer and mission success, shaping the future of Anduril's defense solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Collaborate cross-functionally across Anduril and develop strong working relationships with the Growth and Technical Operations leads to ensure the successful execution of all deployments.
• Own and flawlessly execute the Deployment Operations lifecycle of all deployments. As a key leader on the Deployment Operations team, you will be asked to own and manage all deployments related to your Business Line.
• Communicate effectivelyto keep internal and external teams informed at all times. Use the necessary systems (JIRA, Oracle, Foundry, Salesforce) and channels (Slack, email, meetings) to ensure stakeholders understand what needs to be accomplished and when.
• Obsess over the details and create structured plans for each and every deployment to ensure that people and hardware are in the right place at the right time. Deploying Anduril's hardware requires white glove service where there are no second chances or do-overs
• Problem solve and remove obstacles for the team and internal and external partners. Know how to think critically and engage the right teams to help.
• Be a dedicated team player, willing to take on any task, no matter how small, and contribute to the overall success of the team by rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done.
• Drive for continuous improvementand consistently look for ways to improve Anduril's Deployment Operations processes. There are constantly new challenges and new products, so always look for ways to ease the burden on our internal customers.
• Guide a team of Operations & Logistics Associates assigned to your Business Line through all deployment coordination and operations. Mentor and help develop the individuals on the team while ensuring overall mission success.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management, with a focus on international operations.
• A background in balancing concurrent complex projects or tasks
• Ability to work proficiently and stay organized in multiple connecting systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack)
• Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to meet project milestones
• Ability to travel 20% of the time to various test sites
• This position is based in Costa Mesa, CA and requires being onsite - remote work not considered
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance

• Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.

$129,000 - $171,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education or training, critical skills, or business considerations.
