Job summary

Colorescience is seeking a Director of Supply & Demand Planning to lead our global inventory architecture, supply forecasting, and S&OP processes. As volume grows 30%+ YoY, you will predict constraints, set safety stock, and align production with omnichannel demand.

You will bridge Finance, Marketing, and Sourcing to translate growth targets into execution-ready planning numbers, driving performance and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory optimization.
• Experience scaling planning models through hyper-growth (30%+ YoY).
• S&OP process leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Advanced forecasting, data modeling, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate omnichannel projections and marketing plans into a unified forecast dataset for Finance, Sourcing, and leadership.
• Develop statistical and collaborative forecasting models by SKU, channel, and region.
• Own the monthly S&OP process, aligning Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Model forecasts for new product launches with phase-in/out timelines for legacy SKUs.
• Map demand fluctuations to promotions and seasonal volume spikes.
• Conduct scenario planning to guard against growth-rate variances and disruptions.
• Track forecast accuracy and perform root-cause analyses to improve models.
• Translate demand plan into inventory targets, auto-requisitions, and long-range capacity projections.
• Set safety stock parameters and weeks of supply by SKU and location.
• Plan 6–18 month component/FG needs to absorb 30%+ YoY growth.
• Identify single-source constraints and mitigation strategies.
