DedCool, Inc. is seeking a Demand and Supply Planning Manager in the United States to own forecasting and inventory planning across the full product portfolio. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and commercial, reporting to the CFO.

The role involves driving S&OP, optimizing inventory, and partnering with procurement, sales, and manufacturing to enable growth for a mission-driven fragrance brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with analytical emphasis.
• Experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management in consumer goods or DTC.
• Proven ability to drive forecast accuracy and cross-functional alignment.

Responsabilités

• Own forecasting across the full product portfolio and lead the monthly S&OP cycle.
• Manage inventory health, safety stock, and replenishment strategies across channels.
• Translate demand into purchasing/production plans with procurement and operations.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor forecast accuracy and inventory health.
