  • Coordinate GSO actions required to convert approved forecast demand into protected planning commitments, including internal purchase orders, slot-protection requests, configuration assumptions and time-fence requirements.
  • Coordinate the definition, review and governance of minimum service demand and agreed safety-stock requirements, working with Sales, Service Execution, Lease and Exchange stakeholders and AGT Operational Planning to protect GSO’s ability to respond to urgent customer requirements.
  • Establish and continuously improve the GSO AGT demand planning and governance process.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent methodology for demand collection, forecasting and demand qualification.
  • Create and manage the monthly GSO AGT demand planning calendar and review cycle. Act as the central owner of demand signal consolidation across all GSO AGT demand.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field, or substantial relevant experience in demand planning, S&OP, supply chain or business planning.
  • 10+ years of experience in demand planning, sales operations, business planning, S&OP, forecasting, commercial operations or a related discipline. Experience translating incomplete or uncertain commercial and operational inputs into structured planning assumptions and decision-ready recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills, Advanced Excel capability, Experience developing executive reports and business presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and align competing priorities. Experience facilitating cross-functional decision forums and maintaining clear action, risk and decision logs.
