Job summary

SkyWater Search Partners is partnering with a global industrial equipment manufacturer to hire a Global Demand Planning Manager. This role will build, develop, and implement a formal SIOP process across multiple global business units in a high-mix, low-volume environment.

The manager will focus on forecasting, inventory management, and on-time delivery, reporting to the Global Director of Supply Chain, with opportunities to establish the planning function from the ground up.

• Experience building or leading planning processes in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong forecasting, inventory management, and delivery execution skills.

The organization operates in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment and is investing in stronger supply chain processes to improve forecasting, inventory management, and customer delivery. This position reports to the Global Director of Supply Chain and offers the opportunity to establish a planning function from the ground up.

Travel may be required up to 20%, this is an onsite position.
