Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Lead, Global Demand Planning to drive best practices, forecast product demand, and optimize supply and inventory levels.

This role partners with planning counterparts and senior stakeholders to create consensus plans informed by market trends and historical performance. The position requires strong capabilities in advanced forecasting techniques, S&OP, and collaboration across finance, supply chain, and marketing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning or related role.
• Experience in apparel/footwear industry preferred.
• Proficient in systematic forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range forecasting.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develops and owns long-range and short-term demand plans.
• Fosters cross-functional consensus with finance, supply chain, and marketing.
• Review consensus forecasts with business goals with senior leaders.
• Analyze historical data, macro indicators, and consumer trends to improve accuracy.
• Identify areas for forecast accuracy improvements, including ML/AI approaches.
• Handle ad hoc demand planning requests and what-if analyses.
• Manage demand planning calendar and team communication.
