Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Sr. Lead, Global Demand Planning in Baltimore to drive best practices and forecasting across product lines. You will partner with finance, supply chain, and marketing to align forecasts with business goals and lead consensus planning.

You will oversee long-range, seasonal forecasts, leverage Blue Yonder, and guide the team to improve forecast accuracy through data analysis and ML/AI insights. Hybrid work with limited travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning or related roles.
• Experience in apparel/footwear industry preferred.
• Proficient in statistical forecasting, scenario planning, long-range forecasting.
• Strong collaboration across teams to align with business goals.
• Data analysis and visualization skills to drive decisions.
• Proficient with planning tools (Blue Yonder) and S&OP processes.
• Excellent communication to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develops and owns long-range and tactical demand plans.
• Builds cross-functional consensus on forecasts and strategies to meet business goals.
• Reviews consensus forecasts with finance, supply chain, and marketing.
• Analyzes historical data, macro trends, and consumer signals to improve accuracy.
• Identifies opportunities to improve forecast accuracy using ML/AI forecasts.
• Handles ad hoc demand planning requests and scenario analyses.
• Manages demand planning calendar and communications within the team.
• Mentors junior planners to提升 analytical capabilities.
