Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP with team leadership.
• Proven experience building or transforming global planning in a multi-plant environment.
• Deep forecasting expertise and ability to reconcile statistics with business input.
• Strong financial acumen translating demand to units and dollars.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global demand planning organization across regions.
• Own the monthly consensus demand plan in units and dollars.
• Establish forecast accuracy targets and improve model performance.
• Integrate demand planning with S&OP, supply planning, and operations.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and drive decision-making with exec staff.
