Job summary

Penumbra, Inc. in Alameda, CA is seeking an Associate Demand Planner to organize demand inputs and create forecasts to support production and sales objectives, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders internationally.

You will partner with Marketing and Sales to develop monthly forecasts, use ANAPLAN, Tableau, Power BI and Excel, support new product introductions, and drive inventory efficiency across international DCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• APICS, ISM, CPM, CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
• Experience with Power BI preferred.
• Experience with S&OP, Demand Planning, and Forecasting.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP in Manufacturing and Inventory modules.
• Excellent communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing and Sales to forecast monthly demand at SKU level and align with Supply Planning and Production.
• Collaborate with Corporate Strategy to align forecasts with financial plans using ANAPLAN.
• Support readiness for new product introductions.
• Conduct supply chain analytics to improve inventory and planning efficiency for International Distribution Centers.
• Develop and update reports using ANAPLAN, Tableau, Power BI and Excel.
