Freshworks is seeking a senior demand generation leader to build and modernize our scaled demand engine across our product portfolio, owning day-to-day demand across channels and leveraging AI to improve generation, qualification, nurture, and conversion.

You will partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Analytics, and regional teams to deliver a measurable pipeline and revenue impact with a high-performing, AI-enabled team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or related fields.
• Experience owning scaled demand generation programs.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets with ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the scaled demand generation roadmap across product portfolio.
• Build AI-native workflows for audience targeting, orchestration, and qualification.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Analytics, and regional teams.
• Lead testing culture with hypotheses and measurement frameworks.
• Drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
