Aquent is partnering with a pioneering technology company to lead global demand generation and build a revenue-focused engine from the ground up. As a senior individual contributor, you will influence cross-functional teams, shape AI-enabled marketing workflows, and drive strategic partnerships with global impact.

Formación

• 7+ years in B2B demand generation, growth or revenue marketing.
• Proven track record of owning and exceeding pipeline or revenue targets.
• Strong multi-channel campaign strategy experience.
• Experience with ABM, intent data, propensity modeling, or sales intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical skills and budget management experience.
• Experience partnering with Sales and presenting to executives.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
• Hands-on use of AI to enhance marketing productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a global demand generation plan aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Own quarterly pipeline contribution targets and optimize channels.
• Manage global advertising and digital marketing budgets for ROI.
• Improve inbound lead quality, conversions, and cost per opportunity.
• Oversee the global campaign calendar and strategy for cohesive execution.
• Design campaigns tailored to audiences, buyer journeys, KPIs, and pipeline goals.
• Collaborate with product marketing to translate positioning into demand programs.
• Develop nurture strategies to guide prospects through the funnel.
• Provide account intelligence and intent signals to sales and BD teams.
• Measure marketing's impact on targeting and adjust account prioritization.
