Job summary

DuPont Healthcare Solutions in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Demand Fulfillment Specialist to connect customer demand with real-time supply chain execution and to establish standard Decision Center processes across healthcare sites.

You will facilitate cross-functional reviews, monitor OTIF-R performance, and drive durable improvements in order management, backorders, and resolution of abnormal demand while coaching site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in demand fulfillment, order management, or related execution roles.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional reviews and driving actions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Decision Center processes, including cadence, roles, and escalation criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews on orders, backorders, and OTIF-R risks.
• Create standard work, process maps, templates, and role guides.
• Monitor OTIF-R performance and drive root-cause analysis and improvements.
