Postman is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead content-led digital programs that generate pipeline and revenue in both PLG and SLG motions. You will own end-to-end demand generation from content strategy to multi-channel execution.

Partner with sales and analytics to optimize attribution and conversion, build scalable programs, and ensure alignment with product launches and global campaigns.

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital marketing, content marketing, or demand generation in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through content-led digital programs.
• Experience across PLG and SLG go-to-market models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content-led digital demand generation strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Prioritize content investment and channel mix based on pipeline potential and funnel impact.
• Integrate digital and content execution with global campaigns, regional priorities, and product launches.
• Test and evolve content formats and distribution to stay ahead of audience behavior.
• Own the strategy of digital content programs to drive pipeline across PLG and SLG.
• Create long-form and thought leadership content for developers and enterprise buyers.
• Build account-based content plays and digital assets to accelerate deals.
