Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Program Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a global digital modernization program, spanning loyalty platforms, mobile commerce, and digital payment integrations. This high-visibility role will drive a multi-country transformation within a global delivery organization.

You will Directly manage roadmaps, milestones, resources, and cross-project dependencies while maintaining governance and executive reporting.

Qualifications

3+ years of large-scale program management experience.
Expertise in Agile/SAFe governance at scale.
Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS) and enterprise integration patterns.
Understanding of SDLC in retail or consumer environments.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Direct end-to-end program delivery across multiple regions and vendors.
Establish governance, executive reporting, and risk/issue management frameworks.
Serve as primary escalation point for client executives and steering committees.
Champion Agile/SAFe practices to improve velocity and engineering excellence.
Manage complex dependencies across geographies and regulatory environments.
Align distributed teams to enable high collaboration and accountability.
Coordinate with product leaders to ensure alignment on KPIs and goals.
