• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and financial skills for market sizing and business cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive materials.
• Experience with government relations or regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development and refresh of GDLS's global growth roadmap.
• Research defense strategies, budgets, and threat landscapes.
• Align internal R&D investments with enterprise defense strategy to influence roadmaps.
• Mentor colleagues and cross functional teams to scale defense market literacy.
• Coordinate inputs from Legal, Security, Compliance to ITAR/FAR adherence.
