Job summary

Leidos' Defense Systems Sector seeks an experienced International Program Coordinator to lead complex international defense programs, interfacing with government clients, foreign partners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines and geographies.

You will own program scope, schedule, and budget while driving results across international boundaries, with travel and multilingual capabilities to facilitate communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field with 6–12 years of program management experience.
• Experience with U.S. Government acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS) and international frameworks.
• Experience managing international defense programs (FMS, DCS).
• US citizenship and DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, secure, and manage resources to complete international program goals and objectives.
• Interface with government and international partners across multiple countries and time zones.
• Lead coordination of government acquisition activities in international environments.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
• Communicate program status and risks to executive leadership and clients.
